It's amazing how many people see me wearing one of my many cowgirl hats and immediately assume I'm Texan. (Tho I do have a lot of Texan ancestors!) Hello and I'm back-I never meant to leave but the last few months of 2011 were pretty busy. I play a few instruments,and am getting "back in the saddle" and starting to tread the path of my grandmother who was a singing cowgirl who performed in the 30's & 40's and used to be on early California radio. (She passed when I was 2 and I never got to hear her) I don't sing,but love to flat pick and fingerpick on guitar, I took a lot of music lessons at McCabes in Santa Monica in high school,got into rock music for some years,broke away from music altogether for quite a few years,and have returned to acoustics. Looking forward to makin friends and reading the forum posts!
