Flatpicked Guitar Lovers Online
Hi Everyone,
At the beginning of each year I like to post a list of upgrades we'll be working on.
This year the list is a shorter one, because I'm only listing the major stuff that we're absolutely sure we'll be implementing. There are a variety of smaller items which we'll also be working on, and some features we'll be "exploring" in the coming months as well. But here are the big things:
Thanks to everyone for being a part of the FPHO community, and here's to another great year!

I think you also need a quick and easy way for current members to report fake spam accounts. There's been a ton of them created lately. If they post a blog post, they can be disappeared with the "Report To Moderator" link, but some just put the spam links in their bios, which can't be reported. Others don't post a bio, just a link to their website in their profile. A recent example is the user manboob75, whose website is listed as "losemanboobsquickly" (dot com) and whose occupation is listed as "how to lose man boobs". Something tells me he's not here to discuss flatpicking.

FYI Eric, if google discovers that this site is being turned into a link farm, they'll penalize it in page rankings. That might actually be a good thing, however, because a recent "new member" just added a blog post with a link entitled "anal toys". I don't think you want this site coming up in the search results when someone searches for that phrase on google.
You need a link on every profile that will allow it to be reported to a moderator, not just on blog posts. Until then, if you make me a moderator, I'll zap them as they occur, and maybe whoever is behind them will give up and go away. I notice it doesn't seem to be happening at all on the Banjo Hangout.

This page does not exist, I guess that this is a bad address or the moderators are doing thier job just fine...it great that David G is doing such a great job watching over the site, Maybe Slowhand needs to be promoted to moderator. Just a thought.....Steve

lzwick101 is a spammer.
If you want me to keep doing this, Eric, you'll need to put a report button on the profile page and the bio page.

That could be misused
