I've been a weekend warrior for 20+ years. I played acoustic jam band oriented rock/folk rock for years as a lead guitarist. I picked up the mandolin a few years back and started obsessing over it. I played mandolin for a few years with an acoustic "Pre-War" blues band. Graduated from S. Carolina in 1990 with a BA in Music, where I studied classical guitar. I also played in a Jazz Big Band for 2+ years.
