The Loar

Well, I just recently bought myself a new The Loar LM-600 mandolin. I am mighty pleased with it, think it's a great buy for the price. She's nice and loud and with nice sustain. Required a bit of work on the setup of course, but I don't mind that, worth doing anyway just to have it set the way you want it. Well worth the 600 Euros.
