More About Me

Two of my biggest passions are to teach and to learn. There is always something to learn. More licks, songs, chords, progressions, styles, instruments etc... I want to push my students as far as they want to be pushed or go as slow as they need to become comfortable with learning. Learning music is not a race nor a competition-it is a journey. I want whatever my student is working on to resonate inside them. Cultivating energy within themselves as they discover their instrument. These are things I'm dedicated to do my self and help others figure out. Each student has a different learning style and one of my jobs is to figure out how they learn and why they want to learn the things they do. To help uncover the true meaning of playing and learning music. This can be often difficult and frustrating. I know from experience! If one wants to really become a musician they must practice and become patient. I am always working on these two things and I except my students to do the same! I'm looking for students who share the same willingness to learn as myself and to continually search for something that resonates within themselves.
