My brother-n-law sent this to me in 2000 right after the Y2K scare. He found it in a coal mine in Chilliwe, Tn.( I don't know if I spelled that correctly or not, Sorry) that had been closed for more than 50 years. When I got it , the dulcimer was full of coal dust, like packed. Still had two rusted strings on it and a bone nut saved by the string. The resignation of this thing it beyond explanation and I believe the coal dust has something to do with it. People have tried it and can,t believe what they hear and feel. Awesome God we serve.
