If you don't mind using Skype, Jake Workman is the best guitar teacher out there. jakeworkman.com

It's not live but i use a site called banjobenclark.com he has a huge library of music to learn, with tab and video lessons that go along with it. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses for guitar, mandolin, and banjo. It's 25 dollars a month but totally worth it for me. If you don't want to spend that much money i used to use justinguitar.com and that is free. He probably has more songs than banjo ben, it's deffintly less bluegrass like though.
