Hello,
I have a 2007 Martin D35 with a FISHMAN Matrix installed. Yesterday, a FOH snafu forced me to stand in front of a voice mic. When listen to the recording, the instrument sounds tinny and no base runs are heard.
I took my equipment home and tested it with my Bose L1. Everything worked. The highs sounded tinny. Currently, I am using a BlackWing wireless guitar to connect via a Radial DI into the mixer. The Matrix has two dials. A Volume and a Tone are it for shaping the sound. I also have access to a SURE GLXD16. The BlackWing is simpler. What other options would make the Guitar sound more natural?
