This arrangement follows what Mike Seeger played on an open-D tuned guitar.

Great arrangement.
It is close to the version I heard on Mike Seeger's "True Vine" CD that made me want to learn it.
As Tom has indicated, it is of intermediate difficulty, but should be well within most people's ability. I'm enjoying learning a new guitar tuning (I've played out of standard E and drop D all my guitar life until now).
