Just got this thing and I love it. One issue I'm hoping someone here might have experience with or can point me in the right direction. The low E does not resonate like the other strings. I've got 45 days to return it but I'm wondering if maybe it's just the string. Any ideas?

Any idea of the current brand and gauge of the strings is?

Start with a string change. Try out a heavier pick. Pay attention to where you are striking the string with the pick.... look for the sweet spot. R/

The more you play it, the better it will sound. But, yeh, change the strings. If it came ith lights, try medium-lights

Have a guitar tech/luthier check it out, as it could very well be binding or not seating properly in the nut or saddle. I do guitar repair as a side-business, and it's crazy how many saddles I replace on brand new Gibsons either because of poor fit or intonation issues.
