I posted a Calendar Event for the Old Time Music Festival in Fremont, NE, Oct 5-7, 2012

Fremont, Oct 5-6-7 is starting to look really good. It's at the Christensen Field House starting at noon on Fri Oct 5. FOUR BANDS for the Saturday night dance including Fred's Polka Band, so don't come dancin' without your shoes, you'll get blisters on your feet. Probably not the danciest dance in the west, but most likely the danciest dance that Saturday night at least. Terry Smith is our special guest, the Roys are not going to make it, they're off to Nashville and then CBS for a Today interview. Lots and lots of great 'others' however, including Chari Miles who is coming over from Michigan to perform for us. She's great, so are all the other 50 or so entertainers that are still concerned about the 'future' of classic and traditional country music. ALL are welcome, and I'm not very sure about the 'power' of face-book, so if you come, please tell me if you saw this on facebook. Then I'll know. Good food too by the way from Culver's Restaurant.
