The asking prices on Amazon start at $1100, which is crazy. One sold in an ebay auction last month for $192 plus shipping, and it was in Europe. I’d part with this one for $150. This copy is as-new, except that there are some inconspicuous scratches on the cover, and a few teeth of the plastic comb binding are a little bent. This book is OUT OF PRINT and I have not been able to find it for sale anywhere among internet vendors for less than $160, with asking prices at bookstores rising to $330.
