Hi, It's hard to believe I'm saying this but I have a Martin dread/cutaway and I'm considering selling it to buy an alvarez jumbo 12-string cutaway (the one with violin finish & solid rosewood back/sides). They do make a 6-string version too. Does anyone have any experience with these or Alvarez in general? I'm also wondering about the overall construction of alvarez? They seem to sound head & shoulders superior to Ibanez, Yamahas and others in comparible price ranges. They even sound better than many higher end guitars. And yea, I know sound is subjective but still... So let me know if there are any thoughts/opinions. Thx!
