I'm not familiar with the guitar but checked out google. There are a few there for sale and at least one on craigslist.

Hi, Just bought one of these used. I Know they are discontinued now. Alvarez are coming out with a new model the MSD610, I spoke to them today and they said its exactly the same as the MSD1 but they just decided to change the name for retailer coding purposes. Here is one I found online in the US available, poweralley.com/ALVAREZ%20MSD1%...uitar.htm. I think the when the new model hits the market it will be more expensive.
